Friends

I've said it before how fortunate we are to have come to this side of the world with friends and it's even better when friends from back home move over here!  We've gotten to spend lots of time with our friends, The Acords since they moved here a year ago.  Che and I love that our kids have gotten to grow up with each other and are continuing to make memories together.  This past September we celebrated Peyton's 4th Birthday at the Acords' house.  The kids had lots of fun playing games, decorating a pot and then filling their pot with soil and a flower.  One of the highlights of the party, besides eating cake was getting to hit the pinata.  All the kids had several turns nailing the pinata.  Gavin even broke the broom stick they were using as the "bat".  I think it's safe to say Gavin helped open the pinata up but willingly stopped to allow Peyton, the birthday girl the chance to hit it and let all the candy fall out!  We had a great day celebrating with friends!
